Operational expenses

The CYBRO team plans to transfer 3.8 million CYBRO tokens from the Reserve allocation to the exchanges (MEXC) in order to support the order book during the transition between market makers.

We transferred 3.8 million tokens from the Token contract to the MEXC address.
