Transfer of the CYBRO tokens to the Team Vesting Contract

CYBRO team has transferred 70,000,000 CYBRO tokens from the CYBRO Token Management DAO\

to the Team Vesting Contract (LCYBRO for the team with Unlocks according to the [Tokenomics](/usdcybro-token/tokenomics.md)):\
