# Team and Principles

CYBRO Team has **completed KYC with two reputable auditors**: [Assure DeFi](https://projects.assuredefi.com/project/cybro) and [CertiK](https://skynet.certik.com/projects/cybro).

The team members prefer to remain anonymous. We share our identities only with auditors, funds, VCs, and selected partners. Having passed KYC, we guarantee users that we act responsibly and are fully committed to ensuring the security of our smart contracts, back-end, front-end, and overall infrastructure.

Our team consists of experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in both CeFi and DeFi. The product development team currently includes **6 members**, supported by contractors and outsourced specialists in design, SMM, business development, and DeFi advisory.

## Team principles

The CYBRO team follows the following core principles:

* **Transparency.** We prioritize openness, sharing essential information within the product ecosystem to foster trust with our users:
 * We share [**public reports**](/cybro/governance/reports.md) on fund spending and CYBRO token transfers
 * We hold regular **AMA sessions** on Twitter Spaces, where we address all community questions
 * We are open to discussing anything related to CYBRO and DeFi on our [**forum**](https://forum.cybro.io/)
 * We make key decisions through **DAO voting** at [https://vote.cybro.io](https://vote.cybro.io/)
* **Compliance.** We set high standards of the security of the users' funds, project smart contracts and internal policies:
 * All app and token smart contracts undergo one or more technical audits by reputable auditors
 * All funds and contracts are secured by multi-sig wallets, with all cosigners known and trusted
 * All team members are trusted, and the infrastructure is managed directly by the team. There are no anonymous members
* **Quality.** We are committed to delivering a superior product with outstanding user experience and long-term sustainability:
 * We collect insights through regular user surveys and customer development interviews
 * Our product development is data-driven
 * The team also includes a QA specialist to validate scenarios, and we conduct thorough code reviews
