During a routine operation of minting Locked CYBRO tokens for the development team members for further vesting, CYBRO team accidentally minted a big amount of Locked CYBRO (that could be used only for the team vesting), the error was then fixed by burning almost the whole amount (excluding the correct amount as vesting for one of the developers).
All CYBRO tokens are safe.
